(AP) — A Florida school board voted on Tuesday to recommend the resignation of one of its members because she is embroiled in the fallout of a sexual assault investigation into her husband, the Republican Party state chairman.The Sarasota County School Board cannot directly remove Bridget Ziegler from the panel but voted 4-1 Tuesday for a resolution requesting that she step down. DENVER (KDVR) -- Two people, including a juvenile, were killed in a crash at the intersection of Main Street and Miramonte Boulevard in Broomfield on Tuesday, according to Broomfield police.At about 1:47 p.m., the Broomfield Police Department posted to social media about a crash on Main Street, closing the road from 10th Avenue to 136th Avenue, and closing Miramonte Boulevard at Main Street. Wheat Ridge road rage shooting suspect arrested Main Street and Miramonte Boulevard are two streets directly surrounding Broomfield High School. DENVER (KDVR) -- Zoning changes approved by Denver City Council on Monday could alter the look of one of the city's busiest streets.The council passed an ordinance that changed the zoning for multiple properties along a five-mile stretch of East Colfax Avenue from Grant Street in Capitol Hill to Yosemite Street at the city limits.Some new rules include commercial usage on some parts of the ground level of new buildings and requirements for larger building setbacks. DENVER (KDVR) — A man is accused of attempted murder in an alleged road rage shooting last month in Wheat Ridge.Keenan Clodfelter has been arrested in the case, according to the Wheat Ridge Police Department. Watertown police released new video Tuesday of an attempted break-in at a home on Laurel Street over the weekend. The incident happened on Sunday. In an initial statement, police said officers responded after a victim said she was followed by a person as she arrived home around 3:45 a.m.Watertown police shared photos and video of a suspect who they said hid in the victim’s driveway behind a car while she entered her home. Once the victim got inside, police said, the suspect attempted to enter the home through its front and back doors.
