Published Sat, 22 Feb 2025 18:30:22 GMT

President Joe Biden talks of the world being divided into autocracies and democracies. But a more important division exists: between kleptocracies, where leaders treat their nations like personal piggy banks, and places where corruption is the exception rather than the rule.Since 2014, Ukrainians have been fighting to drag their country into that second category.
